Características

Mixer system

Chopping and mixing auger with serrated and rounded blades of high resistance, offering an excellent cut with a minimal effort.

Each auger rotates in the same direction creating an optimal circuit for the ideal mixture.

The mixing system is compound by triangular side partition inside the hopper, the augers and the blades attached with the auger. This set creates an unrivalled harmony during mixing of the components by these side partitions that guide the food from the first auger to the second auger while the blades and the augers mixed the food. The design and the structure makes that there is no corner where the food is locked.

Equipped with 8 or 9 blades to the auger.

Lateral unloading ¾ of standard

Direct lateral unloading ¾ at front right side with collapsible ramp.

Optional:

Direct lateral unloading ¾ at back left side with collapsible ramp.
Double direct lateral unloading ¾ at front right side with collapsible ramp and lateral unloading ¾ at back left side with collapsible ramp.

Lateral unloading ¾ with elevation

Direct lateral unloading ¾ at front with hydraulic elevation by chains or conveyor belt length 1080, 1280, 1480 or 1680mm.

Note: accessory not valid for road circulation; exceeds maximum allowed width.

Central back unloading

Back direct central unloading with 6 track faucet.

Slot charge

Slot mineral charge.

Material steel or HB450

Spiral thickness of the auger of 15mm, hopper base of 15 mm on models VT16, VT18, VT20, VT22 and VT24, and 20 mm on models VT25 and VT30 et hopper lateral of 8 mm.

Spiral thickness of the auger of 15mm made with wear material HB450 in option and/or lateral reinforcement hopper made with wear material HB450.

Drive shaft

Drive shafts ratchet torque limiter.

2 speed gearbox manually operated.
1st input velocity driveshaft 540 rpm and output auger 17,94 rpm.

Containment ring

Containment ring from the hopper level or containment ring above the level of the hopper with extra height +140mm optional.

Hydraulic optional

Hydraulic distributor manual operated of 2 or 7 functions by remote control by cable or electro-valves of 2 or 7 functions with remote control by radio or cable.

ICON weighing system with display integrated with the electro-valves

The Juscafresa finishing process is:

-Polishing of the whole machine removing the impurities that persist in the metal.

-Pressurized washing with degreaser solution to obtain a better grip on the primer and prevent corrosion.

-Wash at high pressure with hot water to remove dirt from the metal and remains of adhered products.

-Application of a high quality primer layer.

-Application of two layers of Juscafresa paint specially designed with our corporate color.
